Banh Mi Station

If you're looking for good bahn mi in Denver, the search is over. I cannot say enough good things about bahn mi station. From the moment you walk through the door, the delicious smells greet you and make your mouth water. It is my husband and I's go-to for a quick and reasonably priced weeknight dinner. We also have gotten it to go and brought it to a park for a perfect picnic meal. My favorite is the lemongrass pork bahn mi rice bowl, and my husband always gets the lemongrass pork bahn mi sandwich. I would also recommend making either of those orders a combo for $4.50, which adds an egg roll and your choise of thai tea or other beverages! Bahn Mi Station always hits the spot. The banh mi is one of the best in Denver, but don’t forget to try the rice bowls too. The staff is also very friendly

My current favorite Banh Mi spot on Denver. Lemongrass pork and beef are tender and well seasoned. The fried chicken or fried pork chop comes out hot and fresh and is well seasoned. As a Banh Mi should be, it is a very delicious and well balanced sandwich. Everything I’ve had from Banh Mi station has been hot, fresh, and tasty. Only criticism I have is the pate is too irony tasting. I love adding pate to my banh mi’s, but the pate here needs work.

So many herbs and pickled vegetables which balances great with the meat! The best bahn mi I have had in Denver. Anytime I’m near DU I’m sure to grab one and then go to observatory park to enjoy it!

I was visiting Denver on business for the first time in 20 years and got lunch here. The shop was bustling at 1pm on a weekday, great atmosphere. Very friendly people running the shop, presumably the owners. I got the fried Chicken Bahn mi , and an iced coffee. The slab of meat in The sandwich was enormous. For me personally, it overpowered the rest of the things in the sandwich, and needed balance. I'd have preferred to get about half that much fried Chicken. But, far better to get too much than too little. The pickled veggies were yummy. The sandwich itself was very filling. The iced coffee, I tried to explain to the man at the register that I did not want sugar in it. He kept asking less sweet? And I said yes. No sweet. Unfortunately he did not understand me and it was still super sweet. But again, excellent flavor and overall I really liked the feeling of the cafe. Definitely would visit again, but would get a different kind of bahn mi next time, and try harder to explain no sugar in the iced coffee.

This place has delicious Banh Mi's and is reasonably priced, consumer friendly! The fried chicken banh mi was new to me and it did not disappoint I wish you all success, keep doing what you're doing.

This sandwich lives up to its Yelp rating. Crispy exterior and deeply flavorful. I got the Lemongrass pork.

This spot makes the best bahn mi sandwich that I’ve ever had before. I love getting their lunch meal deal that comes with a crunchy eggroll. The sandwich is a perfect combination of fresh herbs and vegetables, delicious crunchy bread, and perfectly seasoned meat.
